Exercise class timetable

The King's Club's group exercise program will commence on Monday 7th June.

Booking Rules

All members have 8 days advance booking rights.

Single & Family Full Members - classes are free of charge, Yoga & Pilates are charged at £13 per session.

Family Swim & Tennis Members - classes are charged at £10 per session, Yoga & Pilates are charged at £13 per session.

Non-members have 5 day booking rights

Classes: £10 per session / Yoga & Pilates: £13 per session

All classes are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy and are non-refundable.

We will look to increase our program further, as and when the current health club Covid restrictions are lifted.

All of our classes take place either in our dance studio or sports hall.

Each venue conforms to Covid Health Club rules which includes independent ventilation systems, cleaning prior to and after sessions, one way directional entry and exit, divider screen for instructor and member protection.

Members are asked to bring in their own mats where possible.

We do have mats to use which are cleaned prior to and after the session. 

Members are not permitted to bring sweat towels, however we do have paper towels in the studios.

Members can use our antibacterial sprays which will be located in each venue on a cleaning station.
