Our classes will help you to stay motivated and achieve new goals, whatever your fitness level. We have a variety of classes every evening and weekend – whether you want to work up a sweat at a spinning class, dance away the calories in Zumba or unwind at a yoga class.
YOGA - £13 per session
Our yoga teacher Ivana teaches Vinyasa flow classes for beginners through to advanced practitioners. The practice is energising and focuses on the breath and correct alignment. It is accessible to all and variations are offered to suit all student’s conditions. The practice becomes a moving meditation, creating balance in your body and mind, whilst developing strength and flexibility.
PILATES - £13 per session
This is an exercise system that focuses on strengthening the body from the inside out, with the emphasis on core strength to re-balance the body and bring it into alignment. It is often recommended by medical specialists to alleviate back pain as it is a slow and controlled approach to improving strength, posture, balance and flexibility.
Regardless of how fit or coordinated you are, you can pedal through hill climbs, sprints and other challenging drills to improve your cardio vascular fitness. Great music and a motivational instructor will accompany you to reach your fitness goals.
This is a high energy, fast-paced strength training and aerobics session using body weight exercises and limited equipment. It targets all major muscle groups to tone the body and is a highly effective calorie burner to help you become leaner.
A total dance-fitness class, incorporating Latin and world dance styles, combining fast and slow rhythms which tone and sculpt the body. An exciting and effective workout using all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance. But most of all it is fun!
